Akira back in Poland

Akira is back in Poland!! First few days we spent in Warsaw, where we were meeting our friends,


writing caligraphy,

and do many other pleasant things. After that we went to Kielce to spend Christmas with my family. But we started our stay in Kielce from Magda`s birthday party.

Missing Japan

Now I am in a place where I truly belong, amongst people who look, sound and talk like I do. But at the same time, I feel as thought I underwent a painful amputation from a culture which I love so much. To speak japanese language, learn new concepts, or to be exposed to a philosophy so different from my own, each and every day was so incredibly stimulating. Living in Japan has changed me in so many fundamental and basic ways from the way I sit, fold clothes, eat, speak, and of course, how I think, what I value. I miss Japan...

Akira`s come back!

Akira is coming back to Poland on Decembre 16!!!!!

I am sleepy.

I`m going to sleep around midnight and then wake up around 8 o'clock in the morning.This is a perfect life style in my opinion.

I am lucky!

If we are very, very lucky in life - we may meet people who can fundamentally change our entire outlook on life. People who are truly inspirational guides, who shake our understanding of something so completely that it seems everything we`ve learned until that point - is reduced or erased. I have been fortunate to meet such individuals who have changed my entire understanding of the world and one of them is for sure Akira.

It`s cold, terribly cold. In such days the warmth of my favourite doraemon cup full of tea is priceless.

In Japan 30/9/2005

Today is Friday. Nice weather, temperature and wind make me happy:)

I love autumn. Today is a really normal day. But just even one moment,if you pay attention to the shift of seasons, you will find something which has been forgotten. Every day there are so many what-can-I-say stuff, therefore let's try to do it:)

Parting

For me Akira`s stay in Poland seemed to be endless. I wasn`t thinking about his going back to Japan at all. But time has come...and we had to say goodbye. I know that our parting won`t last too long, but still it is quite difficult to get used to the fact that he is so far away right now. No more drinking coffee together (we love it so much), no more never-ending conversations...But on the other hand, our parting may "refresh" our relationship. Once our friend told us that separation is like doing the laundry. After that we will be both fresh and more attractive to each other.

The sea

We both love the sea. We love the sea because of its waves. Karolina is happy just by watching the waves roll in and break on the shore, but for Akira is not enough. He has to feel it, feel the waves...

Akira back in Japan

Oh, it is unbelievable that Akira is already back in Japan. We had a great year in Poland. Just have a look how much fun we had. Many great parties. First, Akira`s birthday party.
